Coronation Day Fun Run: 5th May 2023
What a fantastic day! Thank you to all of our PTA volunteers and Mr White for organising today's 'Coronation Fun Run'; the children had a great time and are very pleased with their commemorative medals!
Spring 2023
Whole School Visit - Paignton Zoo: 27th & 28th February 2023
At the end of February, we took the whole school to Paignton Zoo to take part in the Zoo's centenary celebrations. We had two, wonderful days where the animals were enjoying some early spring sunshine and more than happy to say hello to the children. Each group had the opportunity to listen to one of the rangers talking about life at the zoo and the different species they look after. Thank you to the Milford Helping Hands for organising a disco fundraiser to pay for the cost of the coaches!
Autumn 2022
Although our school building is currently closed, we are very much open as a school albeit on three different sites for the Autumn Term whilst a modular school is built on our existing school field.
Year 3 and 4 children are based at Kingfisher Primary School, part of the Preston Primary Academy Trust.
Year 5 are based at Huish Primary School, part of the Huish Academy Trust.
Year 6 are based at Buckler’s Mead Academy part of the Midsomer Norton Schools Partnership.
We are extremely grateful to our host schools for stepping forward to support us during this time.
Work has already started on our new temporary modular school and we are looking forward to moving in to the new school in January.
